Ella Valley Vineyards

Ever since its establishment in 1998, the acclaimed Ella Valley Vineyards has been considered one of Israel’sleading and most advanced wineries. The winery’s achievements are a result of the deep-rooted link between its enchanting terrain and its ancient wine-producing history; the area is the most frequently mentioned wine region in the Bible. The excellent climatic conditions combined with the terroir were critical factors in our decision to establish an Estate Winery there, combining superb growing conditions, innovative professional technology and a personal and ideological commitment to produce outstanding kosher wines.

Excellence

The high quality of Ella Valley Vineyards wines is first and foremost the result of growing our own grapes; we own the vineyards, all 800 dunams (about 200 acres, or 80 hectares). We plan, plant and grow the grapes while adhering to particularly stringent specifications and growing vines under tight supervision. We are thus able to assure the finest possible grapes.
